Just after police station Livorno on your right hand side, you will find this gem hidden at the end of a private and non-paved road. The house is located close to the Highway and part of a family’s project known for its safety and security.

The house and the whole plot, are recently repainted and refurbished. Furnishing and appliances are modern and all up to (expat) standards.

Both bedrooms are spacious, have a double bed and large closets. There is a large bathroom next to the Master Bedroom and a separate one in the hallway.

The rent is $ 950,- and only excludes gas, water and electricity.

$100 is added per month as an advance payment for water and electricity; settled with actual costs once every quarter. Detailed demarcation list of incl / excl will be provided with the rental contract. Extras can be discussed and negotiated.
