Security measures for this beautiful villa are in place and up to expat standards: e.g. iron bars (well blend into the villa), camera’s and neighborhood watch.

Rental price is $ 2000 / month and includes gardener, wifi, security / alarm + follow up. It excludes gas, water and electricity. $200 is added per month as an advance payment for water and electricity; settled with actual costs once every quarter. Detailed demarcation list of incl / excl will be provided with the rental contract. Extras can be discussed and negotiated.
