House is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palmtrees, fruit bearing trees and beautiful tropical flowers to give you this authentic feel of living in the Amazonian rainforest!

Security measures for this beautiful villa are all in place and fully up to expat standards: e.g. iron bars around balcony (terrace at the rear), movement / IR sensors, shock sensors on doors and windows, all connected to the alarm system with call-out membership.

Rental price is $ 2500 / month and includes gardener, wifi, security / alarm + follow up. It excludes gas, water and electricity. $250 is added per month as an advance payment for water and electricity; settled with actual costs once every quarter. Detailed demarcation list of incl / excl will be provided with the rental contract. Extras can be discussed and negotiated.
