On the Commewijne side of Paramaribo, just beyond the paved Sutjieweg, you drive onto the Santosoweg to find a true oasis; a beautiful 2 bedroom house on a very well-maintained plot; a gigantic tropical garden, adjacent Peperpot Nature Park at the far end of the property.

The home offers a large well-equipped kitchen, connected to the living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a great outside terrace, a small pool even, and of course the extraordinarily beautiful and large garden.

The house is ideal for people working on the Commewijne side of the river who will definitely be able to relax and unwind in this nature rich setting. If you work on the city side of the river, you need to be an early bird (as you need to cross the bridge in the early morning).

The house could be ideal for (rotational) contractors (who will then share kitchen, living room, bathroom) or 1 couple. It’s not ideal for kids as all international schools are located on the city side.

Rental price (to be paid in Euroos) is €1.000,- includes caretaker of the outside property and wifi. Rental rate is exclusive of water, electricity, gas, a maid. A monthly deposit of €150 is requested as advance payment for water and electricity and settled at actual cost of consumption on a quarterly basis. A detailed demarcation list will be provided with the rental contract.
