Our services include:

  • registration and intake

  • presentation on our website with photos, video and / or drone images
  • tenancy agreement / contract (with us or tenants or the employer)
  • viewings and negotiations,
  • property management (e.g. maintenance, smalls repairs, yearly inspection and calculation utility consumption). Various options available.

Verhuurt u uw woning het liefst aan expats? Rechtstreeks of via het bedrijf waarvoor ze werkzaam zijn? Wij bemiddelen tussen de expats die een zoekopdracht bij ons uit hebben staan en woning-verhuurders in Paramaribo en omgeving.

Onze services bestaat uit:

  • registratie en intake
  • verhuuradvies
  • presentatie op onze website met foto’s, video en / of drone opnames,
  • verhuur contract op maat (met ons, de huurder of diens werkgever),
  • bezichtigingen en onderhandelingen
  • organisatie van de verhuur gedurende de verhuurperiode (denk aan onderhoud, reparatie, jaarlijkse inspectie en afrekenen verbruik). We hebben hiervoor verschillende opties.

Homes in our portfolio are always (and at least) equipped with:

  • Hot and cold running water
  • Air conditioning in all rooms
  • Both 110 and 220V
  • Alarm system, connected to emergency center
  • When gated: an automatic gate
  • Kitchen with extractor hood
  • Broadband internet

Hoog segment woningen

Ligt uw woning in een goede buurt, is deze van alle gemakken voorzien en kent de woning een nette afwerking? Neem dan vrijblijvend contact met ons op. Wij komen graag bij u langs om te kijken of wij uw woning kunnen koppelen aan een geschikte huurder of op kunnen nemen in ons verhuurbestand.

Woningen in ons verhuurbestand zijn altijd (en minimaal) voorzien van:

  • Warm en koud stromend water;
  • Aircos in alle kamers;
  • Zowel 110 als 220V;
  • Alarmsysteem, aangesloten bij -centrale
  • Automatisch hek;
  • Keuken met afzuigkap;
  • Snel internet.

Services

We offer three types of service to landlords:

  1. House will be included in our portfolio and will be visible on our website (with notification ‘available’ or ‘rented out’.)
  2. Administrative management: invoicing, debit management etc. Various options.
    Within administrative management, we offer e.g. guaranteed timely payment to you.
  3. Technical management: We will be the primary contact for the tenant, will conduct annual inspection, all inspections due to moving out, will provide all inspection reports, have a fiat for a purchase order in defined situations up to a max amount. We will also supervise planned and non-planned (malfunction) maintenance.

Diensten

Wij bieden drie soorten diensten aan, aan verhuurders.

  1. Opname in ons woningen portfolio, zichtbaar op de website (ovv te huur / verhuurd).
  2. Administratief beheer: factureren, incasseren etc: meerdere mogelijkheden. Een van de opties binnen administratief beheer is ‘Gegarandeerde tijdige betaling aan u’.
  3. Technisch beheer: wij zijn dan contactpersoon voor de huurder, voeren een jaarlijkse inspectie uit, mutatie-inspectie, inspectierapporten, fiat (voor opdracht of aankoop) in gedefinieerde situaties tot een max bedrag. Ook begeleiding en controle van planmatig en niet-planmatig (storings-) onderhoud.
